Property Images

3br or smaller outside of property - $150.00 (1hr + editing). This includes 20 photos, electronic delivery, Printing, and sharing rights. Have a larger home, Let's talk about your needs and get you images that draw clients to your property. Great for Airbnb, real estate images, rental properties, etc.

Inside property - rates vary on the size of the home, and the needs of the client. Contact me for more on the scope of work, rooms, and what kind of images you are looking for.

Mario Moyer reserves the right to use pictures for future marketing purposes. All photos produced for the client may be used by that agent/homeowner for all marketing associated with the current sale. No other party but the homeowner or agent is granted access to the images provided during a session. Any use of the images provided by unauthorized third parties, including but not limited to: other Real Estate agents, Project builders, those staging a site, designers, sellers or the buyer is prohibited unless otherwise approved by Mario Moyer in written form.

Portrait sessions

Portrait / Modeling sessions - $150/$75 (1hr/30min + editing). Up to 20/10 images, 1 outfit, 1 location of your choice, or I can provide the location, electronic delivery, printing, and sharing rights included.

Family portrait sessions - $250 (1hr + editing). Up to 6 people, Over 6 $325 up to25 images, 1 location of your choice or I can provide the location, Electronic delivery, Printing and sharing rights included.

Business portraits sessions - $150 (4 images + editing) 1 location. Looking for multiple backgrounds, your business in the background, or something more specific, be sure to mention this at the start.

Business & Product Images

Business Images - $300/$150 (10images, 30min/5 images + editing). Electronic delivery, Printing, and sharing rights included

Product Images - $300/$150 (1hr/10 images, 30min/5 images + editing). Electronic delivery, Printing, and sharing rights included.

Payment is due at the time service is rendered. Images will be specified by written agreement or contract as to when finalized products will be provided to the client.

All images unless otherwise specified by Mario Moyer (TicoPhotography) are available to purchase at $150 per print. This includes a standard print up to 10X15, a digital copy, and the right to use the image for personal use, no publication or sale of images allowed unless specified under contract and agreed upon by Mario Moyer.
